To ensure a fair and transparent experience, we outline our replacement and refund policy for our digital services.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First: Nature of Services<\/h3>\n\n<p>All our services are digital services customized for each client, therefore, they are not subject to physical product return policies.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Second: Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The client can cancel the order before actual work begins and receive a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders cannot be canceled after the resume or professional profile work has begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Third: Revision Policy<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The client is entitled to free revisions for <strong>7 days<\/strong> from the date of delivering the first draft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisions include: Language improvements, Information additions, Reformatting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revisions do not include: Complete rewriting of the resume without clear information, or changing the professional specialization after work has begun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fourth: Dissatisfaction Policy<\/h3>\n\n<p>If the client is not satisfied with the final version, the SERA SMART team will review and improve without additional charges.
