First: Nature of Services

All our services are digital services customized for each client, therefore, they are not subject to physical product return policies.

Second: Cancellation Policy

• The client can cancel the order before actual work begins and receive a full refund.
• Orders cannot be canceled after the resume or professional profile work has begun.

Third: Revision Policy

• The client is entitled to free revisions for 7 days from the date of delivering the first draft.
• Revisions include: Language improvements, Information additions, Reformatting.
• Revisions do not include: Complete rewriting of the resume without clear information, or changing the professional specialization after work has begun.

Fourth: Dissatisfaction Policy

If the client is not satisfied with the final version, the SERA SMART team will review and improve without additional charges. Please note that the service is non-refundable after final delivery.

Fifth: Technical Errors or Issues

• Immediate correction of any linguistic or formatting errors.
• Completion of any missing service components at no additional cost.

Sixth: Delivery Time

• Delivery time is determined by agreement with the client.
• Client delays in sending required information are not considered delays on SERA SMART’s part.

Seventh: No-Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has begun.
